How Pickup & Delivery Service Works

01 — Schedule Your Pickup & Delivery

Schedule your service using the WashApp Florida app or by clicking “Schedule Your Pickup” on our website.

Choose your preferred pickup and delivery dates, confirm your address, and add any special instructions for our driver.

02 — Prepare Your Order

Place your laundry in a labeled bag and check all pockets for personal belongings.

Separate items requiring special care, such as hang-dry garments, and include any special instructions when scheduling your pickup.

03 — Leave Your Order for Pickup

Place your labeled laundry bag in your designated pickup location on your scheduled pickup day.

Make sure it is accessible to our driver and protected from the weather whenever possible.

04 — We Clean and Deliver

Once your order arrives at our facility, our team will process your items according to the services selected. Your laundry will be cleaned, dried, folded, and organized as requested.

When your order is ready, we’ll deliver it to your designated location on your scheduled delivery date. If additional processing time is needed, we’ll keep you informed.
